Bridging Business & Technology to Deliver Scalable Enterprise Solutions

I help organizations modernize complex financial systems, planning platforms, enterprise reporting, analytics, and data environments, turning technical complexity into practical solutions that improve processes, strengthen governance, and support better business decisions.

My background spans programming, operations, data warehousing, analytics, and financial systems, with roles on both the Technology and Business sides. I lead global teams and complex initiatives that bring Finance, Data, Technology, and Operations together around shared priorities.

Throughout my career, I have led platform modernization, reporting transformation, data governance, and cloud initiatives. More recently, I have expanded that work through practical AI-assisted tools and automation that accelerate SQL conversion, testing, data validation, and reporting modernization. My focus has always been on understanding what the business truly needs and building solutions that are flexible, scalable, and designed to evolve.

Turn complexity into clarity. Deliver solutions that matter.

About Me

About Me

From Programmer to Finance Technology, Data & Transformation Leader

I did not set out to build a career in Finance Technology. I began as a programmer who loved learning new technologies, designing databases, and solving technical problems.

Over time, I realized that the part of the work that energized me most was not the technology itself. It was understanding the business problem behind it and creating a better solution.

That realization changed the direction of my career. I became less interested in solving isolated technical problems and more interested in understanding how people, processes, decisions, and technology work together. Each new role expanded my perspective and eventually gave me the opportunity to lead global teams and major transformation initiatives.

Today, I am most energized when I can bring the right people together, help them see a complex challenge more clearly, and turn ideas into meaningful action.

I believe the strongest technology leaders do more than understand systems. They build trust, ask better questions, look beyond the initial request, and help organizations build what they truly need.

Outside the Office

When I am not leading Finance Technology, Data, and Transformation initiatives, you will probably find me at a live rock concert.

Music has been a lifelong passion, and over the years I have attended more than 300 shows across the United States. Whether it is Alter Bridge, Myles Kennedy, Slash, Billy Joel, or another unforgettable performance, there is a good chance you will find me near the front of the stage.

I have always believed that great bands and great teams have more in common than most people realize. Success comes from preparation, trust, communication, individual talent, and people working together toward a shared goal. Those same principles have shaped my leadership style throughout my career.

Another principle that guides both my life and my leadership is “One Minute at a Time.” It is more than a phrase. It is a way of approaching difficult moments with focus, resilience, and hope.

Over the years, it has become a phrase my teams know well. Whether we are navigating change, tackling a difficult project, or facing an overwhelming challenge, it reminds us that we do not have to solve everything today. We simply have to make the next right decision, take the next step, and keep moving forward, one minute at a time.

It is a mindset that continues to shape my leadership and reminds me that meaningful progress is built through resilience, perseverance, trust, and hope.

Whether you would like to discuss Finance Technology, financial systems, FP&A and EPM, enterprise reporting, data and analytics, transformation leadership, or practical AI-assisted automation, I would be glad to connect.

I believe some of the best ideas begin with a conversation, and that knowledge becomes more valuable when it is shared.

Feel free to reach out to exchange ideas, explore opportunities, collaborate, or simply talk about solving complex business problems through Data, Finance, and Technology.
