Bridging Business & Technology to Deliver Scalable Enterprise Solutions
I help organizations transform complex financial systems, enterprise reporting, and analytics into practical solutions that improve decision-making, strengthen governance, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
My career has taken me from database programmer to Senior Director, leading global teams and modernization initiatives across Finance, Technology, and Analytics. Along the way, I've helped organizations modernize enterprise planning platforms, transform enterprise reporting, strengthen data governance, and leverage AI-assisted automation to improve efficiency and support better business decisions.
What drives me isn't technology alone, it's solving business problems. I enjoy bringing together executives, finance professionals, architects, developers, and strategic partners to build solutions that are practical, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
Whether the challenge involves cloud modernization, enterprise reporting, financial planning, analytics, data governance, or process automation, my focus remains the same:
Turn complexity into clarity. Deliver solutions that matter.

About Me
From Programmer to Finance Technology & Analytics Leader
I didn't set out to build a career in Finance Technology.
Like many technologists, I began my career as a database programmer with a passion for learning new technologies and solving technical problems. Along the way, I discovered that what truly motivated me wasn't the technology itself—it was using technology to solve real business challenges.
That realization shaped my career. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to lead global teams, modernize enterprise planning platforms, transform reporting ecosystems, strengthen data governance, and help organizations make better business decisions through practical, scalable technology solutions.

Today, I work at the intersection of Finance, Technology, and Analytics, partnering with executives, finance professionals, architects, developers, and business stakeholders to bridge business needs with technology solutions that deliver measurable results.
I believe the best technology leaders don't just understand systems—they understand people, processes, and the business problems those systems are meant to solve.
Outside the Office
When I'm not leading Finance Technology and Analytics initiatives, you'll probably find me at a live concert.
Music has been a lifelong passion, and over the years I've attended more than 300 concerts across the United States. Whether it's Alter Bridge, Myles Kennedy, Billy Joel, or another unforgettable performance, there's a good chance you'll find me near the front of the stage.
I've always believed there are similarities between great bands and great teams. Success comes from preparation, trust, communication, and people working together toward a common goal. Those same principles have shaped my leadership style throughout my career.
Another principle that guides both my life and my leadership is "One Minute at a Time." It's more than a phrase, it's a way of life. Most importantly, it's hope.
Over the years, it has become a phrase my teams know well. Whether we're navigating change, tackling a difficult project, or facing an overwhelming challenge, it's a reminder that we don't have to solve everything today. We simply have to make the next right decision, take the next step, and keep moving forward—one minute at a time.
It's a mindset that continues to shape my leadership and reminds me that meaningful progress is built through resilience, perseverance, and hope.
Let's Connect
Whether you'd like to discuss Finance Technology, enterprise reporting, analytics, IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), leadership, or simply exchange ideas, I'd be happy to connect.
I believe some of the best ideas come from conversations, and that knowledge becomes more valuable when it's shared.
Feel free to reach out if you'd like to connect, collaborate, or just talk technology and business.
